The cast of characters include a drug-addicted, alcoholic lawyer and his spouse, a devious, manipulative treasurer, a lying thief of a president who has a life-sized Donald Trump rumored to be a sex doll, and others.

Welcome to our new website! This is a political/social website for purposes of imparting information that may be of interest to people living in the El Mirador subdivision of Santa Teresa, New Mexico, and to the public in general.

David Chavez, Jr. is the Treasurer of the El Mirador Homeowners Association in the El Mirador subdivision of Santa Teresa, New Mexico. For 16 years and probably longer he has abused his various positions on the Board of Directors to wrongfully avoid paying annual dues, going so far as to lie to the members about why. Francis Jankel, co-owner of Chavez' property, apparently has never paid his share of annual dues either. As a result, they apparently owe the Association as much as $8,460 in unpaid annual dues, not including late fees charged to delinquent accounts.

On February 23, 2023 the El Mirador Homeowners Association Board of Directors held a Special Meeting despite having improperly notified members. The Association's Board has a long record of violating its own rules and manipulating elections and voting to achieve their goals, which are often not beneficial to the members of the Association.
